Without doubt, this is a serious Law Enforcement Officer, not one to be taken in by tin-foil-hat wearing loons.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n Clearly Pravada has different criteria for the sort of things that loony people should consider for their tin-foil-hat-wearing. Nothing I have read about Arpaio makes me think he is the slightest bit reliable and instead I would consider him a member of the tin-foil-hat wearing loony crowd.
